Step 1 - Analyze

The first step is to analyze existing skill and experience of the learned and establish his learning requirement.

Step 2 - Prepare

Having established the learning approach, we prepare the content and the learner for the actual learning activities he'll be involved in. A meaningful schedule is also developed at this point.

Step 3 - Conduct

Actual training/coaching/teaching is conducted ensuring the learner is fully understands the concepts being treated. This is achieved by means of lessons, instructions, and quizes.

Step 4 - Evaluate

Having completed the require course outline, we take some time to evaluate the level of experience/skill gained by the student. This is achieved via interactions, further quizzes, exercises and labs.

Step 5 - Follow up

Our objective is to ensure that the learner is able to apply the skills acquired to create additional values. There we follow up with the learner and provided additional on-the-task guidance as required.
